I bring both lived experience and formal training to my work with individuals navigating substance use, mental health challenges, and compulsive behaviors. At KEEN Development, I'm committed to helping people—especially those in reentry—build lasting recovery and break cycles of recidivism. My approach is grounded, non-judgmental, and rooted in understanding what you're actually facing. I work with young adults, adults, and elders using Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing to address anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and life transitions. Whether you're working through career questions, rebuilding peer relationships, or taking the first steps toward change, I'm here to listen without judgment. I offer individual sessions, group work, and coaching—available both in-person and via telehealth. I accept Medicaid, UnitedHealthcare, Anthem Medical Ohio Medicaid, Molina Healthcare of Ohio, and CareSource of Ohio. I'm currently accepting new clients and would welcome the chance to talk with you about what you're going through.
